COBE Research CIC exists to help organisations see what traditional workplace metrics often miss.
We conduct independent research, develop practical frameworks and support leaders to act on evidence. Our work connects employee experience, organisational psychology, workplace wellbeing and business outcomes.
Our flagship research programme, The Cost of Black Excellence™, examines the hidden costs carried by Black professionals and turns those findings into tools organisations use to reduce harm, retain talent and strengthen performance.
COBE Research CIC works at the intersection of evidence, ethics and organisational action.
We protect the integrity of the evidence and speak clearly about what the research shows.
We use data, lived experience and organisational insight to guide decisions.
We work with leaders, professionals, researchers and practitioners to design better solutions.
We focus on practical change: better workplaces, stronger leadership and measurable outcomes.
