Why We Are Building This Network

COBE Research CIC is moving from founder-led delivery to institute-led impact.

Our work combines independent research, organisational diagnostics, leadership development and workforce support. As demand grows, COBE Research CIC needs a trusted network of associates who bring rigour, specialist knowledge and delivery capability.

The Associate Network will support the delivery of COBE audits, longitudinal research, quantitative analysis, executive briefings, coaching, evaluation and future publications.

Our aim

To build a multidisciplinary network of researchers, psychologists, consultants, coaches and subject experts who help organisations move from insight to action.

Associate Pathways

We are building six specialist groups.

These pathways are designed for independent practitioners, academics, researchers and consultants who want to contribute to evidence-based organisational change.

Research Associates

Support literature reviews, research design, data cleaning, coding, thematic analysis, longitudinal studies and publication preparation.

Ideal for researchers, PhD students and research assistants.

Psychology Associates

Strengthen the scientific foundation of COBE’s measures, interventions and publications.

Ideal for PhD-level psychologists, occupational psychologists and behavioural scientists.

Associate Consultants

Deliver COBE audits, organisational diagnostics, strategy sessions, leadership workshops and change programmes.

Ideal for OD, HR, DEI, culture and change consultants.

Executive Coaches

Support COBE Elevate™ through leadership coaching, career development, group coaching and professional growth sessions.

Ideal for executive, career and trauma-informed coaches.

Subject Experts

Bring sector insight across housing, healthcare, education, local government, finance, technology and public policy.

Ideal for experienced sector specialists and policy practitioners.

Academic Fellows

Contribute to research governance, publications, conference papers, methodology and future advisory work.
